Delivery Policy

Delivery Zones

Les Fermes Valens delivers directly with our refrigerated trucks in the Montreal, South Shore (first ring) and Laval regions. Our distributors can deliver to the North Shore of Montreal, South Shore (2nd ring), Gatineau, Quebec City and the Eastern Townships. Minimum order of $225 + $15 delivery charge for distributor zones. For orders over $250 in those zones, delivery charges are included.

Delivery Fees

Home delivery is available on orders over $150. A $15 delivery fee applies for orders between $150 and $224. Delivery is free on orders of $225 or more. These thresholds apply to the subtotal before taxes.

Cold Chain & Packaging

To respect the transport of our organic products, we seal our meat before freezing. We take particular care in the delivery of all your food products, thanks to our Les Fermes Valens refrigerated vehicles. Your order is kept at the right temperature at all times.

Absence at Delivery

For food safety reasons, no delivery boxes may be left outside the customer's home. Les Fermes Valens therefore undertakes to notify each customer the day before their delivery that their order is ready by SMS or telephone.

If the customer is absent the next day, or does not respond to the delivery driver, and the driver must return with the order, a $15 delivery charge will be applied to the next delivery of the same order.

Delivery Times

Once your order is placed online, you will receive confirmation of your delivery date within 5 days. Depending on your region, you should receive your order within 2 to 7 days. Orders are delivered between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. In case of emergency with the driver or bad weather conditions, you will be contacted.
