Pictures from the farm

For more than three generations, the Valens family has raised animals on the same land in Huntingdon, Quebec. The photos on this page were taken on our farm, in our pastures and in the cutting room — no stock imagery, no staged shoots.

We hope they give you a feel for the daily work behind organic, grass-fed meat: the early mornings with the cattle, the chickens out on grass, the careful butchery, and the deliveries that bring it all the way to your door.
