Article 2 – Consent
How do you obtain my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or process a return, we assume that you consent to our collecting your information and using it for that specific purpose only.
If we ask you for your personal information for another reason, such as marketing purposes, we will ask you directly for your explicit consent, or give you the option to decline.

Article 4 – Hosting
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored in Shopify’s data storage systems, databases, and the general Shopify application. Your data is kept on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you make a purchase through a direct payment gateway, Shopify will store your credit card information. This information is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your transaction. Once your transaction is complete, the purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways comply with PCI-DSS, managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is the result of a joint effort by brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card data by our store and its service providers.
Article 5 – Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party service providers we use will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully so that you can understand how they will handle your personal information.
Keep in mind that certain providers may be located in or have facilities in a jurisdiction different from yours or ours. If you choose to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party provider, your information may be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which that provider is located or in which its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used to complete the transaction may be disclosed under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
