Unbleached kamut wheat flour*, water, kamut sourdough* (stone-ground integral kamut wheat flour*, water), sunflower oil*, cane sugar*, apple cider vinegar*, sea salt, fresh yeast, ascorbic acid (vitamin c).

The kids' favourite!
Children love this product. It's an interesting alternative to traditional white wheat bread. It's made with sifted flour, but only with kamut. What's more, its brioche texture gives it a special charm. To our knowledge, there is no substitute on the market.
This product resembles its big brother, integral kamut, but obviously isn't as interesting in nutritional terms. It is, however, enriched with vitamin C.
