Recipe for pan-fried organic beef liver with caramelized onions

Ingredients:

• 500g organic grass-fed beef liver, sliced
• 2 large onions, thinly sliced
• 3 tablespoons butter or ghee
• 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• A few sprigs of fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions :

Preparing the Caramelized Onions :

• In a frying pan over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the olive oil.
