This flour is produced from organic durum red wheat. The all-purpose flour is sifted to remove all bran and undergoes no bleaching treatment. It is enriched in accordance with food laws and regulations.

This flour is recommended for : baguettes, cookies, pancakes, croissants, cakes, waffles, muffins, breads, pastry and pie dough.

Organic unbleached white flour can be stored for approximately 365 to 547 days. It's best to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place, or in the freezer.
