Our 100% grass-fed beef cattle are certified organic by Pro-Cert: they are fed exclusively on natural grass and hay all year round and throughout their lives. We adapt their nutrition to each season: in summer, the herd enjoys free access to pastures, and in winter, our farmers feed them organic hay grown during the summer. This is a natural feed, free from herbicides and pesticides. Organic certification covers not only feed, but also animal welfare. Valens Farms can therefore guarantee you hormone- and antibiotic-free local meat.
This means that the animal benefits from an exclusively natural diet. Cattle feed on pasture grass or harvested hay. Their diet is therefore free from pesticides and herbicides.
Our fresh meat is vacuum-packed before freezing. This means you can keep it in the freezer for up to a year. Once defrosted, meat should be eaten within 3 to 5 days.
Freezing allows our beef to retain all its nutritional value. You can let thaw beef in the refrigerator, or soak it in water for faster thawing.

Idéale pour des steaks maison ou pour des plats bolognaise/chili con carne/lasagnes ! Je donne la viande à mes enfants et ils l'adorent ! Vraiment très loin au dessus de la qualité des autres produits, même en épiceries bio ou spécialisées!

On est sollicité de partout par les regroupements écologiques. L'action la plus concrète et la plus puissante pour la planète est d'acheter du boeuf nourri à l'herbe.
Belle qualité, excellent goût et la tranquillité de ne pas avoir des antibiotiques.
La qualité est vraiment bonne. La viande reste rouge même à l'intérieur et ce après plusieurs jours décongelé. Le goût est parfait. Très satisfait. J'ai recommandé :)
