Buying a half or quarter beef directly from the farm is the most economical way to fill your freezer with natural meat raised without hormones or antibiotics. You choose your cuts — steak thickness, roast size, ground-beef proportion — and we take care of the rest.
Every order is cut by our butchers, vacuum-packed piece by piece, frozen at peak freshness and delivered to your door in Greater Montreal and area. The same service is available for half pork and whole lamb from our farms.

How much freezer space do I need?
Roughly 14–16 cu ft for a half beef, 7–8 cu ft for a quarter — a mid-size chest freezer fits a quarter comfortably.
